Designer Paul Hardy is on a map Calgary fashion bash birthday surprise

Basically, he had me at hello. As soon as I walked through the doors of the River Cafe on Prince Park Iceland went, I was greeted by the man himself - Mr. Paul Hardy - took the time to talk with each person taking part in a very special evening. And what can I say - I was impressed. After all, it's not every day that one of Calgary - and possibly Canada - the greatest fashion designers throw a celebration of the day in the 10-year anniversary of his label. And it did not take long to realize that Hardy will play. This meant that the treatment of the customers, the local media outside the exterior as well as the many customers and fans are included, over the years, with a fabulous lunch on Saturday as part of the celebrations. He lived up to his reputation nice guy, thanked all those who played a role in his success, including a high school teacher of students (who flew to the event) Hardy said at a young age was encouraged his artistic dreams to . follow And it was only a hint of what was to come. The evening began with a chic "Meet and Greet" reception in the new studio Hardy in Inglewood, valet (a welcome surprise for all the ladies wear the same shoes on a non-sensitive snowy night in October) and free-flowing wine and champagne. The show ended with Hardy walk on the track with his muse, model Angi Greene, stopping to kiss a few friends in the front row on the road. But the night is not over yet. The festivities continue with cocktails and culinary delights from some of the best restaurants in Calgary after the party, as guests (number of top fashion publications) raved that it was "better than any show in Toronto - even some from New York." And that was the goal of the Hardy - the city that proudly call home and to his success with those who have helped along the way shares show. Mission accomplished, I say, and here's hoping that his next birthday party is equally impressive.
